We are seeking a GTM Process Integration Manager with deep expertise in marketing and sales technologies to join our high-impact team. This role is pivotal in aligning our marketing, sales, and revenue operations functions by optimizing and integrating GTM tools and processes that accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on problem-solver with a passion for driving operational excellence across the full lead-to-revenue funnel. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our GTM tech stack-especially platforms like 6sense, Salesforce, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems such as Impartner-is fully leveraged to improve performance, scalability, and visibility across all pipeline stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration & optimization of GTM platforms including 6sense & PRM tools like Impartner and related marketing/sales tools.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce integration with PRMs (e.g., syncing partner data, custom objects, lead/deal routing).
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for Marketing, responsible for system configuration, customizations, and user management.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of workflows, data, and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance funnel performance, pipeline velocity, and operational scalability.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain clean data practices, oversee validation rules, workflows, and automation, and ensure Salesforce is a reliable source of truth for GTM teams.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and ROI of GTM technologies, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on best practices and new functionality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM operations, RevOps, or Marketing/Sales Technology roles.
  • Deep technical expertise with GTM platforms especially 6sense, Salesforce & PRMs like Impartner.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; strong understanding of standard and custom objects, reporting, automation (Flows, Process Builder), validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Experience leading or managing full PRM implementation projects-from discovery and vendor selection through launch and adoption.
  • Familiarity with change management and user enablement best practices for rolling out new systems to channel teams and partners.
  • Skilled in gathering business requirements, developing implementation roadmaps, and coordinating across Sales, Channel, RevOps, and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels, lead management, and pipeline processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate complex tech stacks and optimize cross-functional processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with other GTM platforms (e.g., Marketo, ZoomInfo, RingLead.).
  • Background in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing vendors or third-party integrations

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $80,000-$125,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
