Position Summary

The Manager of Financial & Labor Management Data Systems Operations is responsible for the development and maintenance of financial and labor management data and reporting platforms ensuring the integrity of the data through design and maintenance of rigid process controls, audits and interface changes in coordination with Information Systems & Technology. The Manager directs technical and analytic staff, provides finance support for assigned Business Unit/Functional Areas and manages/delivers highly complex special projects in support of improved system-wide operations. The incumbent provides vision and strategic leadership in the planning, architecting and development of solutions implementing best practices within areas of responsibility in support of organizational strategic direction and objectives. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • Master's preferred
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment working with business intelligence or decision support systems, databases, report writing and Microsoft Excel
  • Three (3) years of experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
  • Previous installation or configuration experience with enterprise applications (healthcare industry preferred)

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $119,912.00 - $165,589.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
