FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Business Hours Position Summary The Manager of Financial & Labor Management Data Systems Operations is responsible for the development and maintenance of financial and labor management data and reporting platforms ensuring the integrity of the data through design and maintenance of rigid process controls, audits and interface changes in coordination with Information Systems & Technology. The Manager directs technical and analytic staff, provides finance support for assigned Business Unit/Functional Areas and manages/delivers highly complex special projects in support of improved system-wide operations. The incumbent provides vision and strategic leadership in the planning, architecting and development of solutions implementing best practices within areas of responsibility in support of organizational strategic direction and objectives. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $119,912.00 - $165,589.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
