ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsible for the oversight of initial identification and distribution of time-critical items into workflows for various ARB departments. Subject matter expert of ARB records management, administrative and mail services processes, along with performing the due diligence needed to ensure complete and accurate processing. Maintain a client focus and partner with other team members to deliver a superior client experience. The person in this position will have strong system and process knowledge, be self-motivated and be the main contact for training, escalation and complexity in the ARB records and admin services area.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • Oversee day-to-day management of team members, monitor team performance and set expectations.
  • Ensure SLAs are met. Continuously evaluate processes to improve scale, cost, and client service.
  • Build solid working relationships with team members and internal departments.
  • Identify training needs, provide coaching, work with supervisor to develop training content, and provide one-on-one or group training to the team.
  • Serve as subject matter expert of systems and processes. Provide accurate and timely responses to escalated inquiries from the team and internal ARB departments, maintain positive working relationships and open lines of communication.
  • Resolve problems with minimal guidance and make moderate operational escalation decisions in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
  • Assist in implementation of upgrades or enhancements to current systems and with team or company-wide projects, as required.
  • Create, update, and maintain written procedures in Alerus procedure database.
  • Complete regulation, compliance, and additional training as assigned timely.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:



  • Minimum of five years of related experience required. Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges with the ability to motivate and create a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication, client service and organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments or projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and ability to accept, support, and implement continuous change.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

BASE PAY RANGE:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
