Job Title: Facilities Technician Shift: Monday - Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:00am; Thursdays, 6:00pm - 12:00am ET Purpose of Role: This position will support the FC by performing basic maintenance and facilities handywork throughout the building. This includes but is not limited to facility inspections, basic preventative maintenance on facility equipment, basic and 110V-277V electrical work. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in support to... * Inspect and Service MHE, pallet jacks, forklifts, tape machines, trash compactor, cardboard bailer, lunchroom machines, emergency exits, restrooms, etc. * Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and other facility maintenance tasks * Inspect HVAC units, and air compressors for operation * Ability to obtain and maintain vehicle certifications through onsite training (Aerial lift, forklift, Taylor Dunn, Floor Scrubber, etc.) * Performing facility tasks involving basic hand tools (assemble furniture, hang wall fixtures, painting etc.) An accomplished individual will possess... * High School diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of one year experience maintaining equipment generators, forklifts, compactors, et. * Basic electrical and mechanical abilities. * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus * Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally * Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift.
