This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance the overall performance and culture of the organization.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

• A working knowledge of human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources or related field; and
• Seven years' experience implementing and managing organizational development.

• Develops and executes comprehensive organizational development strategies and programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conducts thorough assessments to identify organizational needs, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Designs and facilitates impactful training programs and workshops that drive employee development and organizational growth.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful training content.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provides coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and career development.
• Stays current with industry trends and best practices in training and organizational development.
• Utilizes various training methods and technologies to deliver content effectively.
• Monitors and reports on the progress and impact of training initiatives.
• Performs additional assignments as requested.

• Salary range $94,460 - $118,080
• Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 20% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
