Introduction to the Job

At ASML, we collaborate with trusted partners (suppliers) who are crucial to our market success and customer satisfaction. The Re-Use Manager leads a team of re-use project managers across multiple suppliers, projects, and business lines, driving ASML's sustainability goals. This role involves pioneering innovative circular supply chains, coordinating re-use activities between internal improvement programs and supplier teams, and championing re-use within the SS&P organization.

As the SS&P Re-use Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage a team of experts driving material re-use within the ASML supply chain. You will support improvement projects at suppliers and implement structural improvements within ASML processes. Acting as the interface between the SS&P organization and the Re-use execution team, you will coordinate efforts across business lines. You will foster cross-sector collaboration within SS&P departments to maximize re-use, align with Supplier Account Teams on re-use priorities, and secure cohesive plans. Additionally, you will represent the SS&P sector in re-use execution, working with finance and analytics to track performance against targets. Your role also involves promoting a re-use mindset within the S&P organization.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of experts focused on re-using materials within the ASML supply chain.

  • Project Support: Support improvement projects at suppliers and implement structural improvements within ASML processes.

  • Interface Management: Act as the liaison between the SS&P organization and the Re-Use execution team, coordinating efforts across business lines.

  • Cross-Sector Collaboration: Drive collaboration across SS&P departments to maximize re-use.

  • Supplier Alignment: Align with Supplier Account Teams on re-use ambitions and priorities, ensuring cohesive plans and tangible improvements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Represent the SS&P sector in re-use execution, working with finance and business analytics to track performance against targets.

  • Mindset Building: Foster a re-use mindset within the S&P organization.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, with a strong affinity for technology required. Alternatively, a technical degree with relevant business experience acceptable. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Expertise in program management, commercial experience, and external relationship management.

  • Experience in high-tech, low-volume industries is a plus.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, product life cycles, market dynamics, and category-specific requirements is advantageous.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
