Job Summary The Payroll Coordinator, working under moderate supervision, is responsible for executing and validating all payroll processes to create payments and related reports for employees and retirees in multiple companies and tax jurisdictions. This role prepares and remits all general deductions. The role balances and monitors vendor tax payments and notices. The role posts and reconciles transactions to the general ledger. This role ensures compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, maintains accurate payroll records, handles any payroll-related inquiries from employees, and coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of payroll data.
