Position Title: Machine Operating
Wage: $17/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday Join a team where your skills, ideas, and pride in craftsmanship matter! As a Production Machine Operator at Client Company, you'll operate state-of-the-art equipment, help create high-quality products, and grow your career in a supportive, hands-on environment. Machine Operating Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate and set up coining presses - Operate wire forming equipment - Set up wire forming equipment - Operate electric ovens and heat treatment furnaces/equipment - Maintain chemical and rinse baths - Maintain department tooling (using grinder and lathe) - Operate and set up stamping press (dies, feeder, straightener, un-winder, embosser) - Operate single and multi-spindle metal lathes (screw machines) - Set up screw machines - Inspect equipment, tooling, and material - Read component prints (specifications) - Perform quality assurance checks - Record/enter production - Operate forklift Machine Operating Requirements: - Treat everyone with professionalism and respect - Have a positive attitude - Abide by all safety and client company policies - 2 years of machine operation required - Ability to commute QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
