Estimating Assistant - Heavy Civil Construction McMillen, Inc. is looking for an Estimating Assistant to join our Estimating team in our Boise, Idaho office. The Estimating Assistant is responsible for supporting the estimating team with all facets of the bidding and cost estimation process. In this role you will provide logistical and administrative support to the cost estimating department, including written and verbal communication with potential subcontractors and suppliers participating in the project bidding process. This position will require the possibility of spending up to and over 50% of the work week making phone calls on behalf of the estimating department to locate, solicit, and engage subcontractor and supplier interest in the bidding process. This position requires professional, strong, articulate verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:
