Product Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve product designs based on customer needs, performance targets, and manufacturability considerations
• Analyze technical data and performance results to inform design enhancements
• Create prototypes and perform validation testing to support design decisions
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product introductions
• Identify and address technical challenges during the development lifecycle
• Prepare technical documentation including drawings, test plans, and compliance records
• Contribute ideas for product innovation and process improvement

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in product development or a related engineering role
• Proficiency in CAD software and a good understanding of engineering tools and practices
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage tasks with some supervision and collaborate effectively across teams

We Would Prefer:

• Prior experience in print or packaging

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $73k-$90k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
