In this role, you'll collaborate with the TSMO Division leadership to analyze performance metrics, create complex financial and budget reports, and develop dashboards that support strategic decision-making. You will take the lead in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across the TSMO Division.

We Require

  • Two years of professional analytical experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field

  • A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

  • Experience in organizational management and utilizing performance measures to drive results

  • Experience with statistical analysis and other quantitative and qualitative research methods

  • Skilled in assessing business practices and creating process improvements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with leadership and other department staff

  • Skilled in the use of customer relationship management

  • Experience in working with a leadership team on complex stakeholder tasks focused on administration

  • Experience in organizing workshops and agenda development

Job Contributions

  • Work alongside the TSMO Division leadership team to analyze, track, compile information, and create reports of a complex nature, including financial and budgetary analysis, to forecast annual budgets and projections to aid in departmental planning and decision-making

  • Identify and coordinate activities that will assist TSMO Division and Branch Managers to meet the TSMO Division's goals and individual team member performance plans

  • Identify, develop, and manage TSMO Division Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure that SOPs are being administered and followed across the Division

  • Analyze performance data collected from the Division's internal tracking system. Develop, update, and analyze performance measures and dashboards to support the functions of the Division and ensure efficient operations

  • Perform extensive research involved in analyzing and evaluating programs and policies, organizational structures, systems and procedures, equipment, staffing, and alternate methods of providing service to identify areas for improvement and enable efficient service delivery

  • Manage records retention for the Division to ensure compliance with records retention policies

  • Other job duties as assigned

  • This position is eligible for hybrid flexibility after a brief training period

  • Exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally or negligible weights frequently; sitting most of the time

  • Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
