Job Title: AVP & Operations Admin Officer II
Department: Operations Admin

We are looking for a bilingual AVP & Operations Admin Officer II fluent in both English & Korean to join our Operations Admin team. The Operations Admin Officer II will assist in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers while providing exemplary customer service.
• Reconcile various general ledgers and ensure daily reconciliation.
• Processing legal processing for all subpoenas and levies.
• New Account Quality Assurance Review for all branches
• Answer internal calls timely and reinforce superior client service through his/her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved employees.
• Maintain up to date with the current compliance requirements and assist in Regulation E training branch staff.
• Assists all branch offices in resolving operational and system inquiries and providing support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in bank operations required.
• Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the operations functions.
• Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform financial calculations.
• General knowledge of operations regulations, banking laws, and accounting practices.
• Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
