*Description*
Job Summary IT- Service Desk -Specialist responsibilities include, answering calls from the help desk system, develops and maintains documentation, leverages proven methods, and solutions as well as provides a high level of customer service and technical expertise to all end users who need support. Essential Duties: Operations and Support *Resolve all help desk tickets. *Prioritizing escalations from VIP users. *Address walk up help requests by local staff. *Resolve remote support requests by field staff. *Create, change, and delete user accounts per request in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, as well as third party application accounts. *Repair/recover/coordinate/communicate with IT leadership and impacted constituencies when outage occurrences do happen. *Communicate technical solutions effectively to people with varying degrees of knowledge. *Add/Maintain/Remove existing equipment as needed. *Maintain Office 365 licensing, accounts, and services. *Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedural documentation to include process and procedures for new hires, for infrastructure changes, and daily technical how to. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities *Advanced Level Knowledge of Desktop Troubleshooting. *Understanding of Networking Concepts, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365. *Knowledge of Application and Server Troubleshooting regarding Application Services, Net Shares etc. *Able to understand/update/apply technical documentation. *Advanced Critical Thinking and Application Skills *Able to work independently or within a team. *Must have reliable transportation. Physical Demands *Sitting for extended period of time while viewing a computer monitor and performing various desk work. *Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. *Travel as necessary *Skills* azure, Help desk, Customer service, Windows 10, Help desk support, Ninja, Fresh Service, Service desk *Top Skills Details* azure,Help desk,Customer service,Windows 10,Help desk support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* They use Press Service as a ticketing system and Ninja for remote management monitoring. The ideal candidate for the service desk technician role should have good energy, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS. Experience with Fresh Service and Ninja is a bonus. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr. full medical, vision, dental and 401K. No sign on spiffs or annual/performance bonuses. *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Plano,TX 75093. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Apr 24, 2025.
