Job Overview Are you a market researcher who strives to elevate consumer insights? Join Marvin as a Market Research Manager! In this role, you'll develop consumer insights to aid in strategic decision making, guide product development and promote new ways of thinking across the organization. You'll collaborate with various partners to lead qualitative and quantitative projects. You'll be successful in this role if you are a deeply curious, an adaptable problem solver and highly skilled at scoping and executing voice of consumer (VOC) research. Highlights of your role * Help develop research plans, scope qualitative and quantitative research, and execute VOC research projects to ensure the appropriate learning is identified and prioritized for product development. * Develop reports, industry frameworks, competitive assessments and market trends using primary and secondary research. * Provide senior leadership and core teams with compelling insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. Compensation $89,000 - $118,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) * Experience and passion for using VOC research methodologies to help develop research project plans. * Experience as a moderator with the ability to conduct interviews, focus groups, work sessions, etc. * Ability to 'connect the dots' across various primary and secondary research studies and industry data to create compelling insights that drive short and long-term strategy. * Comfortable pulling together outputs and reports that are inspiring and actionable for various teams and business lines. * Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with and influence teams and leaders across all areas and levels of the business. * Comfortable manipulating and working with data * Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or building products industry is a plus Also want to make sure you have * At least 7 to 10+ years in market research or consumer insights * Bachelor's or MBA in marketing, research, strategy, or related field * Experience with SPSS/SAS, Salesforce, PowerBI and Microsoft Office suite * Ability to travel up to 25%.
