What You'll Do
  • Maintain, create and implement programs to identify potential failure modes, assess criticality, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Performing root cause and failure analysis by investigating equipment failures to determine the underlying causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage your team in maintaining, creating and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance planning. Schedule maintenance activities to prevent failures and optimize equipment performance
  • Manage the lifecycles of assets, from design and installation to maintenance and replacement, to ensure optimal reliability.
  • Maintain, create and implement training/development activities for the maintenance department. Providing training to maintenance personnel on best practices, procedures, and new technologies to improve their skills and effectiveness.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to achieve those improvements.
  • Work together and communicate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, environmental, and procurement to ensure a cohesive approach to reliability management.
  • Maintain, create and implement maintenance capital expenditure planning and scheduling to ensure reliability and sustainability goals are met.
What You'll Need
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes
  • Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel
  • Previous experience in running projects (Project Management)
  • Working knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Methods/Approach
Your Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a technical field OR 10 years of Industrial Maintenance/Engineering work experience
