The opportunity The Coordination Support position for Breakthrough Manchester College-Bound at SNHU is tasked with supporting and engaging the community of a four-year, tuition-free college access program for highly motivated, low opportunity students in the Manchester School District, featuring skill-building workshops, dedicated advising, and college research and planning support. Run out of The Chandler Center, this program serves not only Manchester School District high school students, but also undergraduate SNHU students interested in gaining real-world experience in skills such as lesson plan creation, mentorship, college advising, and teaching. Currently, the program supports over 100 high school students and 20 advisors (undergraduates or recent graduates). OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Coordination Support position will work closely with the Breakthrough Manchester program assistant to support work in the following areas:
