Overview
As a Senior Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client data strategies, driving adoption of Foundry-based solutions, and supporting the expansion of our consulting practice. You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to define roadmaps, develop scalable architecture, and support pre-sales efforts through technical presentations, solution design, and proposal development.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Palantir Foundry-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.
- Conduct data strategy and governance assessments, identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization within the Palantir ecosystem.
- Architect and implement data integration, ontology design, pipeline development, and workflow automation within Foundry.
- Define data modeling and governance frameworks, ensuring efficient data management and analytics capabilities.
- Optimize Palantir Pipelines, Functions, and Object Builders to enhance efficiency, automation, and scalability of data workflows.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align Foundry solutions with enterprise analytics goals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, enabling knowledge transfer and successful adoption of Palantir Foundry.
- Actively contribute to expanding the Palantir practice, defining best practices, mentoring junior consultants, and identifying new service offerings.
- Support the development of thought leadership materials, documentation, and industry presentations to enhance reputation in data architecture and governance.
- Identify opportunities to expand engagements, improve service offerings, and position the firm as a strategic partner in the Palantir ecosystem.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in data architecture, AI/ML, and analytics, incorporating innovative approaches into client solutions.
- Partner with business development activities, including technical scoping, solution presentations, demos, and proposal development.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and proposals for clients, aligning Foundry solutions with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and additional services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through data-driven transformation initiatives and helping them maximize their investment in Palantir Foundry.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, or analytics consulting, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Palantir implementations, optimizing data integration, modeling, and governance strategies.
- Expertise in Palantir Foundry's data pipeline development, ontology management, and automation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including medallion/lakehouse approaches, data governance, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformations and workflow automation within Palantir Foundry.
- Hands-on experience optimizing Palantir environments for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Exceptional presence, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead client discussions.
- Experience working in pre-sales, business development, and practice growth, including solution shaping, proposal writing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to mentor and guide teams, working in Agile delivery environments to drive solution design, implementation, and deployment.
- Palantir Foundry Professional certification (Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Application Developer).
- BA/BS required, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (applicable education and experience may be substituted).
- Advanced degree (MS) in a quantitative or related discipline preferred (applicable experience may be substituted).
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience integrating AI/ML models within Foundry for operational analytics and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance within Palantir Foundry.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (utilities, energy, finance, government).
- Previous experience in a consulting environment, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, define project scopes, and oversee solution delivery.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
