Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Specialist to manage insurance documents and emails, focusing on items requiring special attention. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of all processes and business rules, ensuring seamless integration with client specifications. Responsibilities: * Process insurance documents and emails, prioritizing items needing special handling. * Communicate effectively with clients, insurance agents, and borrowers via email and phone. * Conduct research to resolve issues and provide solutions to clients. * Update documents received via email and make necessary system updates. * Respond to client and borrower inquiries promptly through email and phone calls (both inbound and outbound). * Support audits and communicate with insurance agents. * Analyze loans and insurance policies to solve client problems. * Generate reports using Excel. Requirements: * Strong understanding of insurance processes and business rules. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in using proprietary systems (training will be provided). * Ability to manage a task list and complete items efficiently. * Experience in research, problem-solving, and client communication. * Familiarity with Excel for reporting purposes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
