We are seeking a Program Analyst to support DOD Acquisition and sustainment program that will generates, reviews and provides the necessary technical documentation to support fabrication, installation, and audits of integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Participates in technical planning meetings and integrated product team meetings

• Contacts vendors to receive quotes on items needed, invoices, status on shipment of items/lead times, carrier tracking information, defective items, obsolete items, returns, etc. to support assigned programs

• Attends and participates in team meetings to provide the customer with updates on completion timelines, inventory, funding, procurement, kitting, shipments, deliveries and all other operational support efforts.

• Supports the analysis and evaluation of administrative, technical, and/or programmatic aspects of mission-oriented programs

• Works with program assigned Configuration Management (CM) Specialist and program team members to provide CM with list of redlines needed to program drawings for any issues, including correcting part numbers, quantities, additional details needed to call out for items, etc.

• Applies knowledge of analytical methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs

• Review Statements of Work to identify Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions

Required

• BS or BA Degree
• 4 years of relevant DoD industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Projects
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
