YOUR IMPACT:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls from Webroot and Carbonite customers, providing knowledgeable support and guiding them through product offerings. This role is primarily focused on Sales, with some customer service responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects that play a key role in the company's overall success.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

* Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries concerning renewals, upgrades and new cybersecurity products

* Manage large volume inbound calls to drive up-sell and cross sell opportunities

* Exceed sales targets to maximize your commission and earning potential through strong sales performance.

* Drive growth by sharing customer insights to help refine products, messaging, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies for both consumer and enterprise segments.

* Outperform all metrics and assigned quotas to increase commission bonuses

* Take part in ad hoc special projects for customer acquisition and retention

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

* 1-3 years sales/customer service experience ideally in a telephone sales environment

* Strong sales and cross-selling abilities with a focus on meeting both customer and internal team needs, supported by excellent communication and process management skills.

* A competitive attitude, and the ability to work with diverse personalities required

* Proficient in standard business tools, including email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office applications.
