SUMMARY Responsible for overseeing and collaborating in the development launch, and management of the P&C Insurance Specialist Rotational Program, an early career development program which immerses recent college graduates in our retail business where they will learn about our products, services and clients across an intensive 12-24 month experience. As the Program Manager, you will be partnering with P&C Executives to build and execute the curriculum, as well as be the main point of contact for employees in the Rotational Program. Manages program to align with the organization's goals by bringing stakeholders together to ensure milestones and KPIs are established and met. Seeks opportunities to develop and implements best practices and process improvements as the Program develops and grows. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develops, leads, and provides oversight of the P&C Insurance Specialist Rotational Program initiatives to ensure successful launch and to optimize ongoing program performance; * Manages consistent program and project documentation, and communication comprised of curriculum development, managing the program's structure, participant experience, and performance * Collaborates with P&C Executive leadership, leveraging their insights to optimize impact of the program for the participants and organization; * Manages key stakeholders and participants to ensure continued alignment with established goals; * Ensures Program communications are clear, organized and impactful including structure, schedules, opportunities, collateral, etc.; * Seeks opportunities to implement best practices for evaluating, developing and launching Program improvements; * Identifies and reports on operational and financial metrics (KPIs) to monitor adoption/success of the Program over time; * Creates presentations and analysis for internal/external and stakeholder meetings; * Develops and maintains processes and other content to support P&C businesses so they are inclined to partner with the Program to support their strategic goals; * Develops and supports effective real-time and on-demand training curriculum for the Programs; * Advocates the enhanced use of technology and training where appropriate; * Identifies and coordinates supporting participants as needed; * Other duties as assigned. * Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's Degree preferred Seven (7) or more years of related experience Five (5) or more years Insurance Brokerage experience preferred SKILLS Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and time management skills Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills Ability and motivation to work independently Ability to interface effectively with internal/external partners and executives Ability to build partnerships at all levels and to coordinate the activities of participants Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
