• A conceptual writer and designer focused on your craft - obsessed with the details and passionate about learning new skills.
• Someone who speaks internet fluently, and you know how to start a trend, not just jump on one.
• Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to your work and able to balance multiple projects.
• A nice person, because we spend too much time with each other not to be nice.
• You know your way around Microsoft and have an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite

About The Experience:

• 3-Month Internship:June 16^th - September 16^th, 2025.
• Fully Paid Opportunity: $22/hr.
• Hybrid Role:Experience a blend of remote and in-office work, with 3 days onsite in our Chicago office.

About The Art Director Graduate Intern Role:

• Work across a variety of clients and projects.
• Use various mediums to express ideas in a visually engaging manner.
• Contribute to brainstorms for engaging ideas.
• Attend and collaborate on briefs from existing and prospective clients - developing a wide range of compelling ideas.
• Have a passion for art direction and think in terms of big ideas with a strong knowledge of social content.
• Develop cohesive brand strategy.
• Knowledge and experimentation with AI is a plus.

About You:

• Academic Standing:Recent college graduate with a BA from an accredited college or university and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Field of Degree:Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Fashion Media, Health Communications, Biology or related fields.
• Shared Values:Passion for community empowerment and a dedication to lifelong learning.
• Insightful and Proactive:You excel at uncovering insights and turning creative ideas into reality through your proactive approach.
• Internet Savvy:You're a digital native, fluent in social media trends and the depths of YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.

Interview Process:

• Deep Dive:A 30-minute panel interview to uncover your relevant skills and abilities.
• Committee Connection:A casual, 15-minute chat with a representative from our Intern Committee.

Hourly rate: $22/hr
