Position:IT Business Analyst (SAP) Location:Essex County, MA (Remote - candidates must be willing to travel onsite up to 50% of the time) Length:Direct Hire W2 Candidates Only, No C2C Job Description:* Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (SAP) to join their global IT team during a critical period of enterprise-wide transformation. In this role, you will focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes within SAP, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP initiatives. This is a key position for a results-driven professional who excels in cross-functional collaboration, brings strong SAP expertise, and is passionate about driving operational efficiency through system integration and process optimization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Lead and support various phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle within the S2P process. Work with business users to gather and define functional requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, develop detailed specifications, and support testing and deployment activities. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and resolution of issues. Participate in system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional ERP value stream teams and various support teams including Change Management, Application Development, Technology, and Data. Support training and knowledge transfer to super users and subject matter experts across the business. Stay current on trends, regulatory changes, and SAP developments relevant to the S2P domain. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience supporting Source-to-Pay processes in an SAP environment. Deep understanding of SAP best practices for S2P and related master data. Proven experience in SAP S2P configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Strong background in requirements gathering, testing, training, and change management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA Cloud is a plus. Background in full-cycle SAP S2P implementations in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred. Experience with integration between SAP and other business applications is preferred. This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate clearly, and use hands for various tasks, with sufficient vision and hearing to perform essential job functions.
