Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining the data integrity of Salesforce database to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. Prepare complex data for use in Development and Alumni Relations marketing projects by creating, testing and maintaining customized queries while maintaining a high level of customer service. Assist with complex data entry processes and problem solving to maintain accuracy and reliability of Hazelden Betty Ford as well as email campaign functionality including audience pulls and campaign scheduling. Identify ways to improve data integrity, streamline processes and integrate new technology into standard workflows. This position will also contribute with procedure creation and updating, extensive cleanup projects, and importing appropriate demographic data into Salesforce ensuring it meets all project criteria and established timeframes.

In addition, the candidate should have a strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data tools, maintain an eye for data quality, proactively set up reporting and analytics that help move work forward, and understand how the data connects to team goals

  • Prepare complex data and manage requests for marketing projects
  • Identify way to improve data integrity, streamline processes and integrate new technology
  • Perform complex data entry and maintenance in Salesforce
  • Show proven ability to work in Salesforce and Pardot, including testing data entry and other advanced database processes and procedures

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in managing and executing data management initiatives, including data management, warehousing, provisioning, and business intelligence
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce reporting and analysis tools
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Strong analytical and data analysis experience with structured problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstratable experience in Salesforce, Pardot, SQL and Microsoft Access or the ability and willingness to quickly learn Salesforce best practices
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management.
  • Experience with healthcare related and HIPPA-protected data
