The Director of U.S. Commercial Learning and Development is accountable for design, development, and execution of New Hire Field Force Phased Learning across seven key sales functions, as well as execution of Sales Leadership & US Operations Leadership Training. The incumbent will partner with a cross section of leaders throughout US Operations to design and implement programs and solutions aimed at creating an environment of continuous learning while developing relevant performance solutions that elevate clinical, business, selling, and professional knowledge to improve the overall customer experience. The incumbent is expected to bring broad sales and leadership experience, coaching facilitation, project management, implementation and analytical skills to support colleague development. The incumbent will be highly collaborative, able to build sustainable relationships and a trusted and skilled communicator. This role will report to the Head of US Commercial Operations. The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $240,000 The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in (California), (NJ Remote), (NY Remote), or (Washington). Base pay may vary based on location and Base Pay Range: $180,000 - $270,000 [This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.] [The position is also eligible for long-term incentive.] We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental coverage, and retirement savings benefits along with paid holidays, vacation and disability insurance.
