AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: The Ethics, Risk & Compliance Team is looking for a Compliance Training Program Manager to support our expanding compliance program. The Compliance Training Program Manager will design, develop, and manage ethics, risk, and compliance training programs, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. With a strong background in instructional design and corporate training, they will create and deliver engaging content across e-learning platforms and in-person sessions. They will assess training needs, track effectiveness using data analytics and PowerBI dashboards, and generate reports for leadership. Additionally, they will maintain accurate training records, update materials to reflect regulatory changes, and recommend innovative tools to enhance training engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple projects effectively.
