OverviewWe are hiring a strategic Senior HR Business Partner, Global Experiences & Platform to join our HR team and partner closely with the GXP (Global Experiences and Platform) organization. The Global Experiences & Platform (GXP) organization is dedicated to empowering every person on the planet to achieve more through products that help them create, connect, organize, and get things done. The organization is comprised of three product teams: Outlook, Alps, and Time + Places, as well as four portfolio teams: Engineering Systems, India Development Center (IDC), Software Technology Center Asia (STCA) in China, and the User Experience (X3), a design and research organization. This role will be pivotal in driving organizational design and enhancing leadership team effectiveness. The candidate will have a background in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with business executives, leaders, and teams to develop strategies that drive productivity and growth. Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall business objectivesOrganization Design: Lead the development and implementation of organization design initiatives to improve business performance. Assess and diagnose organizational issues and design solutions that align with business strategyLeadership Team Effectiveness: Work closely with leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness. Develop and implement interventions that improve team performance and address gaps in executionTalent Management: Partner with Talent Management to translate business priorities into talent management outcomes. Develop strategic talent plans and lead the execution of holistic people plansChange Management: Define the direction and scope of change initiatives and lead the implementation of change management strategiesEmployee Development: Lead the development and implementation of talent development plans.
