Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a leading logistics provider in Melrose Park, IL. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in warehouse operations and customer support who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

Pay | $20 per hour

Schedule | Tuesday - Saturday (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse clerk or logistics support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage inventory and ensure data integrity in warehouse systems
• Handle general warehouse clerk duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide customer support related to logistics, tracking, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and professionally
