As a Manager Trainee, you'll gain valuable experience in sales, inventory control, customer service, and fabrication. Qualifications: Candidate possesses two years of metals experience and holds a high school diploma or higher. Must have excellent communication skills and a background in construction is preferred. Proficiency with office equipment such as calculators, computers, printers, and telephones, as well as a wide range of hand and power tools including wrenches, banders, screw guns, chop saws, forklifts, and safety equipment. Additionally, must demonstrate strong basic math and geometry skills.
