POSITION

As a Portfolio Operations Analyst on the Pricing Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and validating pricing data for a diverse range of investment products. You will partner with Data Operations, Engineering & Technology, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the Investment ecosystem. This role requires availability to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily valuation and validation of more than 30,000 securities across all asset types
• Analyze market data to help in determination of fair value for unquoted securities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the pricing data ecosystem
• Create and automate reporting tools to visualize pricing data for stakeholders
• Respond to client inquiries to support Allspring's Institutional clients and Subadvised business

CANDIDATE

We are seeking a highly motivated Pricing Data Analyst who can work independently on complex processes. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of pricing vendors and fair valuation methodologies coupled with a strong background in data management, including experience with SQL, PowerApps, and Python.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data management tools and software, Excel, SQL, VBA, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with accounting and valuation of various asset classes including structured products and derivatives
• Experience with Accounting and Trading Systems; APX, CRD, Bloomberg

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
