Job Description Summary: Key Responsibilities:*Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. *Collaborate with engineering and production teams on continuous improvement projects. *Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions. *Support the design and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and other production aids. *Participate in data collection and report preparation for process validation and testing. *Help identify required capabilities and methodologies for the manufacturing of electronic systems, including evaluating tools, materials, and processes suitable for production. *Conduct research and provide recommendations for system optimization in electronic manufacturing, focusing on reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. *Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all activities. *Perform other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manufacturing group.
