Description

    Acting as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort
  • Serving as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with Government program authorities and representatives on all technical and program/project issues
  • Being accountable for overall performance of defined scope(s) of work as indicated by customer satisfaction, quality of products and/or services provided, level of profitability attained, and other such measures as may be designated
  • Managing multiple subcontractors
  • Mentoring and coaching assigned personnel to enhance performance and encourage professional development
  • Establishing metrics and monitor progress assuring contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and attainment of company commitments and objectives

Requirements

  • Master's degree and ten years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of experience. Experience must include (may be concurrent):
  • 6 years of experience with DoD acquisition
  • 10 years of experience with meeting contract requirements related to:
    • Managing subcontractors
    • Developing procedures
    • Planning and directing execution of technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support
    • Monitoring and reporting progress and program health
    • Managing program/project resources
    • Managing and controlling financial and administrative requirements
  • At least three years of experience managing programs/projects that are software engineering and development-centric
  • Minimum active DoD-issued Secret security clearance


Desired Skills

  • PMP certification
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science related field
  • Past experience supporting Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF)
  • Experience operating within the NAWCAD WOLF organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) environment


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL



Travel Requirements

  • Anticipated travel of 2-4 business days each month to either St. Inigoes, MD or Patuxent River, MD
