Platform Administrator, Senior

Your Role

The Configuration Quality & Efficiency team is a testing team focused on user acceptance testing of various domains within the Facets application and ensuring results meet the needs of the business. The Platform Administrator, Senior will report to the Manager of IT Development. In this role you will be relying on a skillset that performs user acceptance testing, root cause analysis, internal audit findings review and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires advanced knowledge in one or more software platforms and domains (e.g. Salesforce, Facets, Pega)
• Requires experience in platform administration, solutioning, configuration, product management or technology implementation using agile development life cycle (SDLC) protocols
• Experience with agile methodologies and release tools preferred
• Experience with data analytics preferred
• Experience in interpreting and writing Oracle SQL queries
• Desired experience in Facets Claims processing
• Requires understanding of Core Facets functionality
