Job Description Fully Remote Opportunity - Ideal candidates can be seated in any location in the USJob Summary: The Lead Consultant, or complex casualty adjuster, is responsible for management and oversight of the most complex and severe bodily injury claims in our organization. The individual evaluates the most complex claims on policies with greater than $250,000 in limits, including excess policies up to $20M. This adjuster role requires high level skills in coverage, liability and damages evaluations/investigations, and handles large loss bodily injury claims all the way through trial. ** We are currently seeking a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster to join our team! This role is responsible for managing the most complex and high-severity bodily injury claims within our organization. This role will handle claims involving policy limits exceeding $250,000, including excess coverage policies up to $20 million. This position requires advanced expertise in claim handling and litigation management, as the adjuster will manage large loss bodily injury claims from initial review through to trial. #LI-KR1 Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is: Bodily Injury Large Loss Lead Consultant: $92,560 - $130,519. Bodily Injury Large Loss Sr Cons II: $78,600 - $105,813. And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
