Job Details
The Engineering / Maintenance Tech investigates building systems and documents operational data. The Engineering / Maintenance Tech prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers. Requirements:
Fire Detection System Emergency Power Distribution Fire Protection System Generator Air/Water Balancing Automatic Transfer Schemes Chilled Water/Heating Water Digital Controls and Monitoring Pneumatic Tube System Andover/Metasys/STAEFA Medical Gas Instrumentation, Metering Refrigeration Data Acquisition Water Treatment Power Logic System High Voltage Certified Maintenance PLC Programming High Voltage Switching Plumbing Steam Distribution Domestic water Sanitary Salary Range: Minimum $26.12 per hour - Maximum $43.11 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
