Job Title: Lead .Net Developer/Manager

The Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role

Role and Responsibilities:

* Requirement analysis,

* End to End Solution design preparation,

* Lead the development team to implement the solution,

* Implement the solution using C#, .Net core, GO, Kafka, API, Mongo DB/SQL,

* Unit test the solution using XUnit.

* Follow the coding standards recommended by Client team,

* Perform code review with Peer /Architect team.

* Support for QA, UAT and prod implementation.

* Communicate the project team about status of technical implementation /solution design

* Work with stake holders and find the prototype for their need and drive the solution approach.

* Associate will be responsible for interact with customer, requirement gathering, analysis, perform development, onshore offshore coordination etc.

Required Experience:

* Skill set: .Net Core, C#, MS SQL, API, KAFKA, XUnit, GITHUB

* Hands-on experience with agile methodology

* Have Excellent communications

* Healthcare/PBM Domain experience preferred.

* Added advantage if the candidate has onshore - offshore model / must have interest to work on shore offshore model

* Development lead/Tech Lead with good knowledge of SSIS, .Net and SQL with Health care domain knowledge with FACETs, EDI and encounter/claim process. Hands on development is expected.

o Good understanding of healthcare concepts, health plans and providers.

o Strong knowledge on Facets/QNXT applications and backend tables.

o Knowledge and understanding of Encounter, EDI files.

o Good technical skills in SQL server 2016, .NET, vbscript, SSRS/SSIS

o Ability to explain process, issues, logics in a clear and simple step.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
