New York Life's Purchase Experience (PX) value stream has embarked on an exciting journey to transform the end-to-end purchase experience for New York Life's agents, clients, and business operations, encompassing all products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability insurance, business solutions and wealth management.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Vice President, Strategic Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving alignment, execution, and communication across the PX leadership team and other key stakeholders. This role is responsible for leading executive-level reporting, managing key leadership forums, and ensuring effective tracking and follow-through on strategic initiatives. The Strategic Enablement Lead will work closely with senior leaders and their teams to facilitate planning efforts, monitor key business metrics, and support the ongoing development and maintenance of the PX roadmap.

What You'll Do:
* Executive Communications & Reporting:

  • Develop high-impact executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials for PX leadership and FB Steering Committees, ensuring clarity, alignment, and strategic relevance.
  • Analyze complex data and business metrics to synthesize actionable insights and guide strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

* Leadership Meeting Facilitation & Planning:

  • Plan and manage agendas for key leadership meetings, including Monthly Planning Meetings and Executive Leadership Meetings, ensuring discussions are focused on strategic priorities and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and product teams to gather input, shape discussion topics, and ensure follow-through on key action items to drive progress of business priorities.
  • Track and monitor the execution of high-priority decisions, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and outstanding action items.

* Strategy Execution & Business Metrics:

  • Lead the reporting and communication of OKR progress, ensuring business priorities remain on track.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to surface roadblocks, identify solutions, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of a full-scale PX roadmap that spans the entire organization, ensuring alignment with broader strategic initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
* Strong background in business planning, strategy execution, or executive communications.
* Experience preparing high-quality executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
* Excellent organizational and program management skills, with the ability to track complex initiatives and drive follow-through.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business metrics into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$117,500-$180,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
