1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Laborer - 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: West Allis, WI

Hours: Flexible start times 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30Pm

Schedule: 4 weeknights per week + 1 mandatory weekend shift (Saturday until 6:00 PM or Sunday until 5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $15/hr - $18/hr (Based on Experience)

Flexible Scheduling for Students: We accommodate school schedules, so students are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Lift & Move: Handle various physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs (with a team member's help) and staying active on your feet throughout the shift.
• Cherry Picker Operations: Safely retrieve items from high shelves using cherry pickers (don't worry, we'll train you!). Must be comfortable working with heights while wearing a safety harness.
• Data Entry: Use RF scanners for simple, quick data entry to track items in our system.
• Assembly & Staging: Stage, assemble, and prepare items for delivery with accuracy and speed.
• Showroom Support: Assist in transferring and organizing new products on the showroom floor, including large furniture and appliances.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Keep up with the hustle while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Physical Readiness: Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Team Player: Work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong Work Ethic: Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and eagerness to contribute.
• Experience: Familiarity with hand tools and dollies is a plus (but we'll train the right candidate!).
• Steady Employment History: Preference given to applicants with a consistent work record over the past two years.
