JOB SUMMARY Responsible for handling various administrative functions necessary for agents and agencies including the areas of marketing and sales administration, client meetings, new business enrollments and processing, compliance, IT support, and general administrative support for team needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED Required Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred Three (3) or more years of administrative experience in a sales or recruiting environment, a health/life insurance agency, or a financial services office required Experience with Senior Health Insurance/Medicare plans - quoting, plan selection, client enrollment preferred Active Health & Life Insurance License Upon Hire Required SKILLS Knowledge of the general industry procedures, standards, systems, resources, practices, and terminology Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws as well as industry regulations Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and presentation skills Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure Proficient in Microsoft Suite #LI-RF1 "Successful people do those things that failures refuse to do."
