SUMMARY:

The Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA-Jr.) is responsible for delivering enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable our business partners to meet our organizational mission. This position works in collaboration with other Business Intelligence Analysts to collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to define new data solutions to add to a product roadmap for a team of analysts, developers, administrators, and architects. The BIA-Jr., in support of the BIAs learns to develop, configure, maintain, and supports data and analytics solutions in a variety of applications, especially Microsoft and Epic Cogito ergo Sum. The BIA-Jr. supports the advancement of data driven decision making by supporting other BIAs as they promote organizational capabilities in data management, data quality improvement, data visualization, and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

Required:

* High School Diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in an accredited institution with coursework in a subject related to Data & Analytics. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.

* Required: Familiarity with any of the major Business Intelligence reporting tools, such as BusinessObjects, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, or Microstrategy. Preferred: Relevant work or academic experience in healthcare, analytics, informatics, or related field. Basic SQL skills with relational and dimensional databases

* Required: Identifies problems and follows-up with team-developed recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can prioritize delegated tasks. Strong Analytical Skills Preferred: Tableau, PowerBI, SQL or Python certifications
