Join our Human Resources (HR) department as our new People Advisor (HR Specialist) and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new role As our People Advisor, you will join our People Advisory organization within North America and report to the Regional Head of People Advisory. Your main tasks will be US-focused. However, you will have opportunities to collaborate with People Advisory across the world on global projects and processes, driving our people agenda forward. As an experienced member of the team, you can take independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility. Your key responsibilities will be:

You will work with the People Advisory team to ensure consistent, high-quality support for employees and managers. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $80,000 - $115,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
