Job Summary:

The Data Governance Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the development and on-going adoption of the LSS data governance framework. The role requires knowledge of governance policies, master data requirements, and both business and technical understanding of data and usage. The Data Governance Program Manager will partner closely with data engineers, data analysts, Line of Service (LOS) leaders, data stewards and technical stewards to ensure uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, consistency, and accountability of the organization's data assets.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in data governance or related roles.
  • Expertise in data governance principles, master data management standards, and best practices.
  • Direct experience in Azure data platform services and technologies, data warehousing and business intelligence including Microsoft Purview, Fabric, and Power BI.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and web applications.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection regulations and compliance, including, but not limited to HIPAA and GLBA.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of project delivery methods and proven ability to meet deadlines through effective organization, planning, and prioritization.
  • Driver's License Required
