Description Under limited supervision directly coordinates daily activities in various locations within restaurant services on the PAMC campus. Serves beverages and food items in a variety of formats that requires very strong customer service interaction skills. Complies with HACCP guidelines and ensures proper cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and equipment. Assists with staffing and coordination of daily activities of the Restaurant Services staff.
