Benchmark Human Services has grown to become one of the most respected organizations in the country in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. Our Georgia Community Action Treatment (CAT) program is recruiting for a Mental Health Clinician. The program serves region 1 and region 2 of Georgia. Georgia Community Action Treatment (CAT) is intended to be a safe and effective alternative for children with serious behavioral health conditions that are creating crisis in the family. Upon successful completion, the family should have the skills and support system needed to maintain improvements made during services. The goals of the CAT program are to:
General Responsibilities: This position serves as an integral member of a team where safety and well-being of children, adolescent, adults, and all members of the family unit is paramount. The Mental Health Clinician (MHC) will provide clinical services to individuals and families to promote healthy development for children, adolescent and families. The MHC will also support, advocate and link families to community resources to foster self-sufficiency while building on community strengths and cultural groups. This is a Hybrid position with Community based duties and responsibilities. The following licensures qualify: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAPC, or LAMFT. BENEFITS:
