Job Description

The Property Liability (PL) Marketing Program Management Manager leads the strategy, planning, development, and execution of complex and large-scale marketing programs that support local and agency level strategies designed to increase awareness, drive consideration, and support profitable market share growth and drive overall retention initiatives in the Allstate agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assures PL marketing programs are compliant with federal, state and local regulations
  • Manage/enhance existing vendor relationships and offerings that drive increased full funnel Marketing programs/tactic utilization in the agency channel
  • Analyze, research and make recommendations on vendor technology solutions and tools needed to effectively execute on strategy
  • Effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop new strategic, innovative offerings and solutions
  • Negotiate vendor agreements that provide Allstate the best program offers and price to drive agent adoption
  • Understands implications, risks and benefits of various alternatives, drawing conclusions, developing mitigation strategies and making recommendations for appropriate courses of action
  • Leverage measurement data to evaluate the return on investment of programs, report program results and inform recommendations
  • Present strategy and key findings to Senior leadership
  • Develop presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal and external meetings; present work internally to executive leadership and/or externally to other businesses
  • Project manage large scale complex marketing programs and initiatives
  • Direct cross functional teams on test and learns to connect and enhance systems and functionality
  • Oversee development of holistic, detailed communication plans that are integrated with enterprise communications
  • Identify potential gaps and recommend innovative solutions to support strategic business unit objectives
  • Lead Design Thinking sessions to identify areas of opportunities and to improve current processes
Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred), MBA

Experience

* 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
