Overview
Texas Oncologyis looking for a Medical Assistant II to join our team!This position will support the Texas Breast Speciasts at the Dallas Presbyterian location. The office hours for this location are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. This position may require travel with the physician to Plano Presby East every Wednesday and some Thursdays. This position will be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on candidate experience. More victories." in their fight against cancer. Today, Texas Oncology treats half of all Texans diagnosed with cancer on an annual basis. What does the Medical Assistant do? (Including but not limited to) Under direct supervision, assists physicians and clinicians with patient care duties in a clinical environment. Promotes efficient patient flow and patient care, i.e. exams, and procedures. Performs clinic support tasks including miscellaneous clerical tasks, answering phones, and maintaining physicians schedule. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
