Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with our hiring managers to define and implement strategies that support our mission of Excellence in Engineering. You'll lead us into our next stage of growth and will also be tasked with implementing innovative sourcing strategies and programs aimed at attracting qualified candidates as well as attracting passive prospects. This position will lead, manage, inspire, and be motivated to deliver against recruiting goals and drive both short and long-term initiatives. Responsibilities
Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes including screen, interview, document, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, as required.

Wage Data Per State Requirements Hourly pay range for this position is $28.08 - $48.08 per hour. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, and experience. Work Environment/Physical Demands Work Environment This position will be able to work from home but must be local to the Los Angeles area to meet with employees, managers, clients, and attend conferences.
