Position Summary:

The General Manager of Aftermarket and Logistics is responsible for maximizing sales and revenues to meet Donated Goods Retail's commitment to the mission and values of Goodwill-Easter Seals MN. This position leads teams in all aspects of logistics, including but not limited to: Salvage/recycling, Outlet retail stores, secondary market sales, production standards, donation acquisition processes, and green initiatives. This position provides high-level leadership and guidance through development and training of store personnel and store operations.

  • Outlet Store Operations: Ensure the Outlet store operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Aftermarket and Logistics Business Management: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication.
  • Talent Management: Ensure store talent is trained and developed and manages store personnel needs.
  • Services and Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals.
  • Safety and Asset Protection: Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets, and facilities.



Job Pay & Perks:



  • Pay range: $69,400 - $101,775

    Required Knowledge & Skills:



    • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and customers.
    • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications
    • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize.
    • Strong attention to detail

      Prior Experience & Education:



      • 3-5 Years of relevant experience required.
      • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
      • Thorough understanding of supply chain, distribution, warehouse, transportation, and inventory preferred.
