Drive a strong safety culture by leading and managing comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in a manufacturing setting. Focus on proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead job hazard analysis (JHA) and key EHS programs (Machine Guarding, Confined Space, etc.) to identify, assess, and control workplace risks, ensuring procedure development and compliance. Support Industrial Hygiene efforts. Identify and eval uate facility risks, implementing effective control measures and ensuring PPE compliance. Manage incidents, including investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Maintain a visible safety presence on the plant floor. Develop and deliver EHS training, leverage technology for improvement, and support EHS Lean initiatives. Review/develop EHS policies, support contractor safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate safety committees. Provide EHS consultation to various stakeholders.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety is a must Professional certification such ASP, CSP preferred 3+ years of experience with a Master's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment Sound analytic skills and decision - making capabilities Recognizes and acts on opportunities even when not asked to do so; self-directed within the scope of responsibilities Familiar with ISO 14001 and 45001 Certification Requirements

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00
