Team Lead, Customer Returns Solutions

Current Need

The Team Lead, Customer Returns Solutions role will work directly with the Customer Returns and Reverse Logistics team, internal stakeholders, and other financial analysts on returns questions and escalations, customer pricing audits, trending, profitability modeling, new hire training, as well as other initiatives highlighted below.

Position Description

The Team Lead is responsible for reviewing complex customer returns, overseeing the day-to-day unsalable returns process for customers, assist with large data file analysis, assist with escalations and ensuring regulatory & contract compliance. Additionally, this position will support the retained team with ad hoc training, issue resolution, research, and process improvement initiatives. This position is expected to complete tasks with minimal direct supervision. This is a critical function within the Customer Returns team and is the foundation for all downstream transactions. This individual must thrive in providing excellent customer service, account management, performing meticulous research and be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate (written and/or verbal) subject matter expertise on unsalable returns procedure
  • Partner with team and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop "win-win" solutions that drive McKesson's financial performance
  • Review and create financial forecasts to facilitate go forward strategies
  • Track and manage to contractual obligations with respect to customer returns
  • Prepare analysis of segment trends in returns
  • Conduct new hire training and refresher training as needed
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed
  • Identify areas for improvements and drive solutions

Minimum Requirements

2-3 years of account management and large data analysis experience

  • Healthcare and/or Manufacturing experience preferred, not required
  • Accounting experience preferred, not required
  • Access, SQL, and/or Tableau experience helpful but not required

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$74,000 - $123,400
